Victor Aguilar serves as the vice president of STC’s intelligence, and positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) division where he is charged with overseeing the execution and management of model-based systems engineering projects for customers in this space.

Victor is a highly experienced systems engineer coming to STC after an 11-year tenure at Northrop Grumman. He has held various systems engineering roles, ranging from project lead to agile product owner, systems engineering lead and systems engineering manager throughout his time there.

Victor's academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley, a master’s degree in systems engineering from Johns Hopkins University, a certificate in navigation sciences from Ohio University, and two OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certifications.
