Too often, organizations treat engineering innovation as static – a stack of documents, a siloed model, or a one-time review. But like a concrete truck, if the engine stops turning, the mix hardens and becomes unusable. To stay relevant, engineering must remain in motion: continuously adapting, integrating, and pouring out the foundations of future capability. 


Over the next eight weeks, we’ll explore how “Innovation in Motion” comes to life across systems engineering, digital engineering and leadership. Each post unpacks a dimension of how organizations can keep their innovation ecosystems alive – from requirements to sustainment and from leadership to infrastructure.
